GGAS R&D Trialing Services Official Terms
These terms govern all R&D trialing engagements between Green Gold Agri Seeds (Pvt) Ltd ("GGAS") and the client. By engaging GGAS for trialing services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Request ProposalService Scope
GGAS provides professional trialing services for vegetable seeds, cereals, oilseeds, fodders, grasses, and other crops through its R&D research farm and commercial trial network across Pakistan.
Trial Categories
Trialing services are available in two primary categories, depending on crop requirements:
In-House Trials
Conducted at the GGAS R&D Research Farm under controlled conditions with expert supervision.
Commercial Multi-Location Trials
Deployed across selected agricultural regions of Pakistan for diverse field evaluation.
Trial Planning
Each project is executed according to a mutually agreed trial plan defining objectives, locations, sowing season, evaluation parameters, and reporting requirements.
Seed Material
Clients are responsible for providing sufficient, healthy, genetically pure seed material along with any required phytosanitary or import documentation, where applicable.
Trial Execution
All trials are conducted using standard scientific protocols and recommended agronomic practices by trained GGAS researchers.

Depending on crop type, evaluations may include:
Reference Varieties
Commercial market-leading varieties and/or GGAS reference hybrids may be included for comparative evaluation upon mutual agreement and subject to availability.
Reporting
A comprehensive technical report is provided upon completion, including:
Confidentiality
CriticalAll trial materials, observations, reports, and results remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the client's prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
CriticalOwnership of all submitted germplasm remains with the client. GGAS shall not reproduce, commercialize, or distribute any breeding material without written authorization.
Project Commencement
Trial activities begin only after:
- Mutual approval of the trial plan
- Receipt of seed material
- Completion of the required agreement (where applicable)
Environmental Factors
Trial performance may be influenced by weather, pests, diseases, or other unforeseen events beyond GGAS's control. Such factors shall not constitute liability on the part of GGAS.
Amendments
Any changes to the approved trial plan, number of entries, locations, or evaluation requirements must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Regulatory Compliance
Both parties shall comply with all applicable national regulations related to seed importation, quarantine, biosafety, and intellectual property rights.
Right of Refusal
GGAS reserves the right to decline any trial request that does not meet technical feasibility, biosafety requirements, or applicable regulations.
